Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Description

Illinois law requires individuals holding a professional license issued by the Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulation (IDFPR) to complete one hour of sexual harassment prevention training as part of the license renewal process. ICAHN’s online Sexual Harassment Prevention Training provides healthcare professionals and organizations with a convenient, accessible learning experience designed to support compliance while promoting respectful and professional workplace environments. The course is designed specifically for healthcare settings and can be completed individually or through facility-wide participation.

Course Topics Include:

Understanding sexual harassment, including forms and types
Identifying unwelcome sexual conduct
Reporting sexual harassment within the workplace and to outside entities
Understanding whistleblower protections

Participants who successfully complete the course will receive 1.0 Nurse Contact Hour.

Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN) is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by VTL Center for Professional Development, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION: VIP subscriber hospitals and non-subscriber hospitals purchasing facility-wide access must first register their facility under Sponsor Registration to receive a promotional code. Once received, the code should be shared with staff. Each attendee must then return to this event page and register individually using the promotional code. Facility registration does not automatically register attendees.

VIP Subscriber Hospitals – Complimentary Facility Access

VIP subscriber hospitals receive complimentary facility access to this educational program.

To obtain your facility's promotional code, a designated hospital representative must complete the Sponsor Registration process and select VIP Facility Registration ($0).

Upon completing facility registration, the designated representative will receive a confirmation email containing a promotional code and instructions to share with staff.

Non-Subscriber Hospitals – $750 Facility Fee

Non-subscriber hospitals may purchase facility-wide access for a one-time fee of $750.

A designated hospital representative must complete the Sponsor Registration process and select Non-Subscribing Facility Fee ($750).

Upon completing facility registration, the designated representative will receive a confirmation email containing a promotional code and instructions to share with staff.

Individual Attendee Registration – $25 per Person

All individuals participating in the educational program must complete a separate registration.

Staff from VIP and registered non-subscriber hospitals: Select ICAHN Program Registration ($25) and enter the promotional code provided by your facility to waive the individual registration fee.

Individuals without a facility promotional code: Register under ICAHN Program Registration ($25) and pay the individual registration fee.

IMPORTANT: Facility registration does not automatically register individual attendees. Each participant must complete their own registration using their individual email address to receive access to the training and continuing education credit.
