This hands-on training is designed to strengthen provider confidence\, technical skills\, and team communication\, particularly in rural and low-volume settings where these events may be infrequent but high acuity. What You'll Gain Practice management of precipitous breech delivery in the ED setting Strengthen neonatal assessment and stabilization skills immediately following delivery Enhance team communication and role clarity during obstetric emergencies Learn alongside Laerdal simulation experts using high-fidelity equipment Who Should Attend Emergency Department staff OB and Med-Surg nurses Providers and clinical team members involved in delivery or newborn care.Contact Hour RequirementsParticipants may earn 2 contact hours by:Completing the required prework prior to the training (this will be sent after registration).Attending the entire simulation session.Bringing their professional license number and entering it legibly on the sign-in sheet at the event.
